Jamie has worked with multiple populations and settings within the mental health community. Starting her counseling career working for veterans, she then expanding clinical skill in community mental health and private practice settings. Jamie created teaching clinics in local area, and has expanded practice in supporting other clinicians throughout the nation with EMDR knowledge and application. 

Jamie earned master’s Clinical Psychology at Eastern Washington State in 2013, and then completed eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) training in 2015. Jamie became EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant in 2019.  

Jamie works with adults for individual therapy, and utilizes EMDR to create sustainable change by identifying and healing from the root cause of mental health symptoms. Jamie supports clients through 8 phases of EMDR, where they better understand themselves, connect with others, and develop meaning in their lives. 

Typical episode care runs six to twelve months, with discussion of treatment plan goals throughout that time.

A specialist in trauma treatment, Maren Lubig earned a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling at Gonzaga University in 2015 and completed her certification in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in 2019. 

Maren is an EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant, not only offering clinical knowledge, expertise, and training for therapists, but also maintaining quality assurance and high standards of practice within the EMDR field. In that role, she was responsible for developing and implementing an EMDR program at a community agency, as well as providing support for an EMDR teaching clinic in private practice. 

In her practice, Maren works with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health symptoms, and provides episodic care for clients ready to both better understand themselves and to learn the skills that will enable them to engage in healthy life patterns. A typical episode of care runs from six to twelve months, with discussion of treatment plan goals throughout that time.

Maren also supports EMDR modality with emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and attachment lens. Clients interested in family and couples therapy are also welcome to reach out for outpatient therapy. Length of treatment episodes vary.
